Refund & Return Policy – Asli Attar

Due to the nature of perfumes, attars, and fragrance oils, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear unboxing videos of the package.

After verification, we will offer:

• A replacement, or

• A refund (as applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged due to mishandling

• B2B / bulk fragrance oil orders

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
